3. Upload fastmobile.zip

4. Activate plugin

Some shortcomings

- Does not use a lot of javascript (we focus to css for faster loading)

- Not using the fineuploader (we using classic uploader)

- send email to publisher not available (because we focus on sms and call)

- The tabs feature is not available (in multi languages ​​mode)

- Theme can only be accessed from mobile web (if accessed from tab, cpu and laptop will show main themes)
