2. select menu appearance>> plugins>> add new ( + green button in top right) 

3. Upload fastmobile.zip

4. Activate plugins

5. Activate plugin for all device in settings area OR Opera mini (if use only in opera mini)

Some shortcomings

- Does not use a lot of javascript (we focus to css for faster loading)

- Not yet using the fineuploader (because in opera not support)

- send email to publisher not available (because we focus on sms and call)

- The tabs feature is not available (in multilanguages ​​mode)

- Theme can only be accessed from mobile web / opera mini (if accessed from tab, cpu and laptop will show main themes)
